MINIX NEO X6 Android TV Box uses the Amlogic S805 quad core Cortex A5 1.5GHz CPU with Mali-450 MP4 quad core GPU. It bases on the latest Android 4.4 OS, builds in 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM, supports 2.4GHz wifi, Bluetooth 4.0 and XBMC. It do not support 4K video but supports H.265/HEVC Hardware Decoding at 1080p resolution.

Amlogic S805 Quad-core CPU
MINIX NEO X6 uses the new quad core CPU - Amlogic S805 which is newly appeared this year. It is the quad-core 1080p variant of the acclaimed 4K S802, bases on Cortex A5 architecture and has lower frequency of 1.5GHz.

Quad core Mali-450 MP4 GPU
The quad core Mali-450 MP4 GPU can offer twice the performance of Mali 400 and has  the same superb image quality as the S802's.

HEVC / H.265
MINIX NEO X6 supports HEVC / H.265 hard decoding to 1080p resolution.
