Other specifications are the same as Orion R28 Meta and Orion R28 Telos: Rockchip RK3288 quad core Cortex-A17 1.8GHz CPU, Quad Core Mali-T764 GPU, Android 4.4 OS, 4K*2K function, Bluetooth 4.0 and 1000M Ethernet.
